Berkswell Apartments provide modern self-catering holiday flats close to Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Water Park.

Apartment 3 is located on the first floor at the rear of the building. Recommended for a couple, or a couple with 2 small children. A very popular flat that attracts many repeat visits from our regular guests.

Self-catering flat with hallway and leading to kitchen. The kitchen has all the essential kitchen utensils including full sized cooker, hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, electric kettle and toaster.

Shower room with electric shower, full sized basin, bathroom cabinet and toilet.
Lounge with dining table and chairs, double bed with wall lights and sofa bed.
TV with Freeview and DVD player.
A travel cot for baby would be suitable for this apartment if required.
